When you use our Services, we will collect information on the ways you use and interact with our services, such as: Data about your account and game progress, How long and often you return to use our apps and games, In app purchases you make and consume.
4.Information collected by our Partners
Some of the third-party SDKs integrated in our app may access your information for the purpose of ad optimization. Such information includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third-party partners. We have no access to or control over such third parties. However, we have a routine procedure to scan all third-party SDKs to detect if they collect sensitive user information.

APP collects and processes personal data on a voluntary basis and it is not in the business of selling your personal data to third parties. Personal data may, however, occasionally be disclosed in accordance with applicable legislation and this Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, APP will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such disclosure through APP website or in another reasonable manner.
Besides, If APP becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Safeguards
APP follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in APP’s possession. Only those persons with a need to process your personal data in connection with the fulfillment of their tasks in accordance with the purposes of this Privacy Policy and for the purposes of performing technical maintenance, have access to your personal data in APP’s possession. Personal data collected by APP is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. To prevent unauthorized on-line access to personal data, APP maintains personal data behind a firewall-protected server. However, no system can be 100% secure and there is the possibility that despite APP’s reasonable efforts, there could be unauthorized access to your personal data. By using the Services, you assume this risk.

Please be aware of the open nature of certain social networking and other open features of the Services APP may make available to you. You may choose to disclose data about yourself in the course of contributing user generated content to the Services. Any data that you disclose in any of these forums, blogs, chats or the like is public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality. APP is not responsible for any personal data you choose to make public in any of these forums.
If you are under 18 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask your legal guardian’s permission to use or access the Services. APP takes children’s privacy seriously, and encourages parents and/or guardians to play an active role in their children's online experience at all times. APP does not knowingly collect any personal information from children below the aforementioned age and if APP learns that APP has inadvertently gathered personal data from children under the aforementioned age, APP will take reasonable measures to promptly erase such personal data from APP records.
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between us and you regarding the Services and Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between us and you regarding the Services and Content. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by our duly authorized representative. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
